A Russian attack on Ukraine's Kiev region killed at least two people, including an Azerbaijani citizen, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Monday.
Further east, 28 people were injured in the Kharkiv region, including nine children, Zelenskyy added in the same Telegram statement.
Separately, a Ukrainian drone attack on Russia's Voronezh region injured four people, including three children, regional Governor Alexander Gusev said.
“About 20 drones were intercepted over the region overnight and in the morning. A woman was hospitalised in moderate condition, two children were in serious condition and a teenager received medical treatment at the scene,” he said.
Fire damaged a country house and three garages in Voronezh, while windows and roofs of apartment buildings and homes were battered nearby, according to the governor.
Russia's Ministry of Defence said in a separate statement that its forces struck Ukrainian logistics, communications and port facilities, along with vessels it said supported Ukraine's armed forces.
The ministry also noted that the targets included data centres and fuel infrastructure in Kiev and facilities at the Vasylkiv military airfield in the region.
It also cited a logistics centre in Odessa, infrastructure at the Izmail port and a shipbuilding and repair facility among the targets.
Two dry cargo vessels carrying military or dual-use supplies were also hit, the ministry said.
