Seven people have been killed and four others injured after a bus came under "gunfire" in the countryside of Syria's western Homs province, the Syrian Arab News Agency reported.
The bus was targeted near Masyaf Bridge, the agency said, citing a provincial health directorate source.
Earlier, Syrian Alikhbaria TV reported that the attack was carried out by an "unidentified group."
Civil defence teams were assisting the injured, while security forces secured and cordoned off the area, according to the broadcaster.
Separately, a gas pipeline exploded on Wednesday near the Tishreen power station in Syria's Eastern Ghouta area in the Damascus countryside, Alikhbariah TV reported.
It said a loud blast heard in Eastern Ghouta was caused by the pipeline explosion near the power station.
