Four civilians, including a woman and a child, were killed in drone strikes by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in the city of Dilling in Sudan's South Kordofan state, a local medical group said on Sunday.
In a statement, the Sudan Doctors Network said the attacks targeted residential areas in the city, calling on the UN and international humanitarian orgnanisations to hold those responsible accountable.
The three states of the Kordofan region — North, West and South Kordofan — have witnessed clashes between the army and the RSF since October, 2025.
On August 24, the UN said that 1,100 civilians had been killed in drone attacks in Sudan between January and June of this year.
Sudan has been engulfed in a war between the army and the RSF since April 2023, stemming from disputes over the integration of the paramilitary force into the regular military.
The conflict has killed tens of thousands of people and displaced around 13 million, according to UN and international estimates.
