Britain calls for end to panic buying fuel
The British government is calling on people to stop panic buying fuel as petrol stations across the country run dry due to a truck driver shortage. The government is relaxing competition laws and offering temporary visas to 5,000 foreign fuel tanker drivers to ease the crisis. But as Sarah Morice reports, it may not be enough.
