Melbourne Car Attack: Man arrested after car hits pedestrians
Police say a vehicle attack in Australia's second-largest city has no links to terrorism. A man was arrested after driving a car into pedestrians outside a train station in Melbourne. At least 19 people were injured. Liz Maddock reports.
