Why is Israel demolishing Bedouin homes?
There are 36 Bedouin villages in Israel's Negev desert that the Israeli government does not recognise as legal. As a result, many villages such as Al Araqeeb face constant demolition. But villagers have continued to re-build their homes, refusing to hand over their ancestral lands.
