Korea Tensions: South hopes Olympic talks bring about change
North and South Korea are scheduled to hold direct talks on Tuesday. The neighbours will discuss the possibility of Pyongyang sending a delegation to next month's Winter Olympics in the South. These will be the first high-level discussions in two years - and as Joseph Kim reports, many hope they'll focus on more than just the Olympics.
