The winner of the World Mental Arithmetic Championship is a 13-year-old boy from Cairo. He beat three thousand other children from 70 countries. Back in his home country Egypt and across the Arab world, he's been hailed a hero and the world's most clever kid. Simon McGregor-Wood reports.
