North-South Korea talks put "family reunions" back on the table
North and South Korea's first official talks in two years have led to North Korea sending a delegation to the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang this year. Talks on the possibility of reuniting Korean families who have been separated for 60 years are also on the table.
