Nigeria Donkey Demand: Nigeria bans export of donkeys to China
In northern Nigeria, a government ban on donkey exports to China appears to be working. The high demand for their hides and bones had hiked up prices, making them unaffordable for locals. But as Wendy Agbo reports, locals in Kano are now happy for the reprieve.
