North and South Korea have met for the first time in more than 2 years. Last time these two came together it ended pretty badly. But this latest meeting has been pretty fruitful. Pyongyang says it will send a delegation to the Winter Olympics in South Korea, and both agreed to hold military talks. So is this the start of a promising thaw in relations?
