At least 13 people killed as Israeli jets hit targets in Gaza
Palestinian officials say Israeli air strikes on Gaza have killed at least 13 people. Explosions targeting residential apartments were heard at about 2am local time on Tuesday. Israel's military says it was targeting senior members of Islamic Jihad. Sena Saylan has more.
