Wagner Group says it’s handing over Bakhmut positions to Russian army
The head of Wagner Group, Yevgeny Prigozhin, says that his troops have started handing over positions in Ukraine’s Bakhmut to the Russian army. Ulrich Brueckner from Stanford University discusses whether there will be a counter attack from the Ukrainian forces following this announcement.
