Heatwave in Vietnam causes power rationing as consumption rises
In Vietnam, record temperatures have led the government to ration power, as electricity demand peaks across the country. The country's national electricity provider says a further decrease in consumption may be needed as the mercury shoots up to nearly 40 degrees Celsius. Shoaib Hasan reports.
