US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is heading to Saudi Arabia, with regional security and the rising cost of oil on the agenda. The top US diplomat will also discuss the possibility of normalising ties between Israel and Saudi Arabia. James Dorsey from S Rajaratnam School of International Studies has more on this visit.
