The Singapore Institute of International Affairs has warned of severe fog in Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia, and a likelihood of hotter and drier weather. With prices of agricultural products rising and the possibility of slash-and-burn land clearance, the region is now facing a perfect storm of problems.
