The commander of Sudan's paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) has announced a two-day "unilateral" cease-fire, saying the Muslim holiday of Eid would provide an opportunity for reconciliation. Sudan affairs analyst William Abur explains whether this truce will hold.
