Protests in France after police kill teenager driver
Rioting has broken out in some parts of Paris after police shot dead a French-Algerian teenager who allegedly violated a traffic stop. Initially the police said he was trying to run-over officers, who pulled him over. Jacques Reland from theGlobal Policy Institute weighs in on police brutality in France.
