Türkiye and Egypt appoint ambassadors to restore diplomatic ties
Türkiye and Egypt have appointed ambassadors after almost a decade. Ankara and Cairo announced on Tuesday morning that diplomatic relations have been raised to the highest level, according to a mutual decision by Presidents Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
