President Erdoğan wraps up Gulf tour with major trade deals
The Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan wrapped up a three-nation tour of the Gulf earlier this week, signing multi-billion dollar deals with the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The agreements cover a wide range of sectors from defence and tech, to construction and finance. Among them is a landmark deal with Abu Dhabi marking 50 years of Turkish-Emirati ties , as well as a historic defence sale to Riyadh.
