Moscow halts participation in Black Sea grain deal
Russia has ended the much-touted Black Sea grain deal that allowed millions of tonnes of Ukrainian wheat, corn and fertiliser to reach global markets. Moscow's decision has caused grain prices to spike, and has fueled fears of food shortages. Russia says the deal can be revived if certain Western sanctions are removed. Tulay Kalyon Haznedaroglu reports.
