Clashes Erupt in Sweden After Another Quran Burning Incident
In yet another wave of unrest, clashes broke out in Sweden's city of Malmo following the latest Quran burning incident. It all began after an anti-Islamic protestor burned a copy of the holy book, which led to counter protests that tried to stop him, leaving many injured and detained in the process. It was the latest in a string of burnings that have hit the Nordic country this year, where a recent poll found that more than half of Swedes want a ban on the burning of religious texts.
