UN says cluster bomb casualties at 'highest peak ever'
The United Nations reports that "cluster bomb" deaths and injuries across the world jumped eight-fold from 2021 to 2022. There were more than a thousand victims last year, many of them in Ukraine. Mikail Malik reports.
