Italy declares state of emergency on Lampedusa
Italy's Lampedusa island has declared a state of emergency after nearly 7,000 migrants arrived from Africa in the last two days. The southern town of Cutro is another popular landing spot but also the site of one of the worst migrant boat disasters, as Joel Flynn reports.
