UN: Libya floods death toll rises to 11,300 in Derna
The death toll has risen to 11,300 in Libya, after two dams broke in the coastal city of Derna last week, causing massive flooding. As aid teams try to recover what's left of the city, residents are making the heart-wrenching choice of whether to stay or go. Our correspondent Priyanka Navani sent us this report.
