EU countries reach preliminary deal on tackling migrant crisis
European Union countries have reached a tentative deal on how to handle the influx of irregular immigration. Under the agreement, countries could speed up asylum procedures and ask for swift help from EU peers. Francesco Rizzuto from Liverpool Hope University has more.
