Their biggest customer, the American government, is spending more than ever - committed as it is - to funding Ukraine’s war with Russia and Israel’s war in Gaza. This week we talk to former soldier and Department of Defense official David Des Roches, former US army Colonel Liam Collins and Stephen Semler, a US Foreign policy writer and founder of the Security Policy Reform Institute.
