Henry Kissinger tapped my phone
Henry Kissinger was behind the illegal bombing of Cambodia and the overthrowing of governments in Latin America. Yet, despite accusations of war crimes up to the day he died at the age of 100, he never apologised for his actions. However this week Nexus talks to Morton Halperin, a former colleague of Kissinger in the Nixon administration who successfully sued him for wiretapping his home, and even received an apology. We also talk to journalist Jonathan Franklin about how Kissinger will be remembered in Chile where he was instrumental in installing a brutal military dictatorship in place of a democratically elected socialist government.
