Iraq to hold provincial elections on Monday after years of delays
After a decade, Iraq is finally holding provincial elections on Monday after multiple delays. The polls will be held in fifteen out of the eighteen provinces. Members of the country's security forces voted first on Saturday but the process was marred by technical problems. TRT World's Hasan Abdullah has more.
