Bangladesh to vote amid bans and boycotts
Bangladesh will hold a general election on Sunday in the backdrop of boycotts and violence. Opposition supporters and government critics have been detained in their thousands, and the paramilitary deployed across the country to keep the peace. Many say the elections will be one-sided.
