As its Gaza offensive enters its fourth month, Israel is seeking to replace its Palestinian workforce. A deal signed last year is now set to allow more than 40,000 Indians to work in Israel. And thousands of men lined up in northern India as the recruitment drive kicked off. Smita Sharma reports.
