Kenya's high court to rule on police deployment in Haiti
Kenya's high court is set to rule on the deployment of one thousand Kenyan police officers to combat gang violence in Haiti on Friday. But the opposition argues its constitution offers no provision to send police outside of the country. Anne Macharia reports from Nairobi.
