US fears Haniyeh’s assassination by Israel may disrupt ceasefire
The US is worried that the assassination of Hamas' political bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh by Israel could derail the Gaza ceasefire talks, while adding it’s too soon to determine the impact. There is also growing concern that the recent Israeli attacks could trigger a wider regional conflict. Craig Boswell has more from Washington.
