Nigeria's fuel prices rise despite Dangote refinery's launch
The Nigerian economy has been plagued by energy insufficiency for decades, but this week's opening of a new refinery near Lagos has brought hope that things may soon improve. But fuel prices have again risen despite the increase in supply. Dolapo Aderinokun reports from Lagos.
