$6.3B pledged for Syria at donor conference in Brussels
The ninth annual conference in Brussels for Syria managed to raise less than half of last year's $8.1B due to US foreign aid cuts. But to close the gap, European countries including the UK have upped their pledges by 50 percent, while still imposing sanctions. Paul Hawkins reports.
