Hong Kong offers help to intl students in US amid Harvard ban
Hong Kong says its doors are wide open to foreign students who feel they’ve been discriminated against in the US. Universities in the territory have been told to find ways to make it easier for students in the US to make the switch to Hong Kong. Camille Nedelec reports.
