Appeals court allows Trump to keep National Guard in LA
US President Donald Trump's controversial decision to send thousands of National Guard members into Los Angeles hit a roadblock on Thursday, when a federal judge ruled that Trump does not have that authority. But a higher court later delayed that ruling, until at least next week. Andy Roesgen has the latest from Los Angeles.
