Russia conducts hypersonic missile drills in the Mediterranean
The Russian Defence Ministry announced that Russian Navy frigates armed with next-generation hypersonic cruise missiles conducted drills in the eastern Mediterranean on December 3.

The frigate crews launched Zircon hypersonic anti-ship missiles, while a Russian submarine fired a Kalibr cruise missile capable of carrying a nuclear warhead.
