Indian forces stopped a car carrying a sick child being rushed to hospital, refusing the parents' pleas to allow them to pass, in Indian-administered Kashmir on July 13.

Indian forces routinely block roads during movement of army convoys and Hindu pilgrims in Kashmir, with locals and rights groups describing it as harassment, even as New Delhi denies doing so.
