Israel has killed 10 people and wounded 44 others in fresh attacks on Lebanon, in violation of the ceasefire agreement.

The official news agency said an Israeli drone carried out a two-wave strike targeting a vehicle near the Husseiniya club in the city of Nabatieh before noon.

The attack killed two people and wounded another while they were in the area to collect food aid, the report said.

The strike also damaged three ambulances belonging to Nabatieh emergency services, including one that was completely disabled.

An Israeli strike on an emergency centre in the town of Harouf also killed three paramedics and critically wounded a fourth, while two other strikes on the town wounded four people.

Lebanon's Ministry of Public Health condemned the killing of the three paramedics, saying the attack reflected Israel's continued disregard for international humanitarian law, which prohibits attacks on health care providers and facilities.

The ministry renewed its condemnation of the attacks, saying it would continue speaking out against what it described as "barbaric assaults."

Israel killed two people in another strike on the town of Tebinine in the Bint Jbeil district.

An Israeli strike targeting a health care centre in the town of Shabriha near Tyre injured 10 people, including two women and two children.

Separately, Israel also wounded 16 people, including a child, six women and a Canadian national, in a strike on the Maachouk area in Tyre.

A separate strike on a popular housing area in the city of Tyre wounded seven people, including a child, while another attack targeting an apartment in Housh Tyre wounded four others.
