Is Germany’s Russia Today ban an “infringement of freedom of speech”?

Russia has accused Germany of “infringing the freedom of speech” after it banned Russian state broadcaster RT DE because “it does not have the necessary broadcasting license”. In retaliation, Russia shut down German broadcaster Deutsche Welle in the country. #RTDE #DW #RT
