At least five killed, 14 injured in suicide attack in Beni city of DRC

A suicide bomber has killed at least five people in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. No one has yet claimed responsibility for the attack, but the regional governor's office says Daesh activated a 'sleeper cell' in the city. The DRC is struggling to maintain order and has so turned to a neighbour for help.
