Syria Summit: Turkey, Russia, Iran leaders meet on Syria

Addressing a joint press conference with his Iranian and Russian counterparts, Turkish President Erdogan says that terror groups are benefitting from unstable the situation in Syria and are using that situation to conduct attacks against Turkey.
