China's economy takes a hit as consumers cut spending

China's parliament says it plans to boost consumption and stimulate domestic demand as the country sets a roughly five percent growth target for 2025. It's a bid to rectify imbalances in the world's second-largest economy. But as Rahul Radhakrishnan reports, not everything is going according to plan.
