Erdogan joins commemorations to mark 2023 quakes

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has visited Kahramanmaras exactly a year to the day since the worst earthquakes in modern Turkish history. The city was near the epicentre of both quakes, and was one of the hardest hit in both death toll and damage sustained. Senior correspondent Andrew Hopkins reports from Kahramanmaras.
