Firefighters battle to contain California fires as death toll rises to 16

An ongoing battle to save thousands more homes from a raging wildfire in Southern California appears to be working. But the largest so-called Palisades fire threatens thousands more homes and businesses as it moves closer to another suburb. Andy Roesgen has the latest.
