Israeli forces have fully surrounded the city of Rafah in Gaza

Israeli forces have now fully encircled the southern Gaza city of Rafah, a key step in what appears to be a broader campaign to seize more ground in the besieged enclave. Israeli strikes across the Strip killed at least 15 people on Saturday. Danielle Neri has the story.
