Japanese island living in fear over China-Taiwan tensions

Located closer to Taipei than Tokyo, the tiny island of Yonaguni. on Japan's southwestern border has become a source of contention between Japan, China and Taiwan. Japan has been bolstering its defences as China has increased its military presence around Taiwan, a self-governing territory Beijing sees as a breakaway province.
