Justice delayed for Nepal's civil war victims

Eighteen years after the civil war ended, Nepal is still trying to resolve its transitional justice process. Despite the passing of a new bill last month, many victims believe it’ll be a long time before they see any resolution. Rajneesh Bhandari has more from Kathmandu.
