Russia faces record labour shortage

As the election in Russia approaches, President Vladimir Putin is likely pleased with the national unemployment rate of just 3%. But behind the numbers, there is growing concern over what’s been dubbed a ‘demographic time bomb’. Our Moscow correspondent Dasha Chernyshova takes a look.
